Declaration of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data Pursuant to Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council

I agree that my personal data—namely, my full name, address, and email address—will be processed by HOME TEX INTERIORS LLC to fulfill a contract for purchased goods or ordered services, as well as to send informational and promotional messages about the products and services of HOME TEX INTERIORS LLC. I hereby grant my consent for the period necessary to fulfill the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between me and HOME TEX INTERIORS LLC, and then for the shorter of: 1) the prescribed retention period for contractual documents under the tax and accounting laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, or 2) a period of 5 years.
