Payment

You can pay for orders placed through the HomeTex online store using one of the following methods:

Cash on delivery – Upon delivery, you must pay the courier the total amount of your order in cash + shipping. The shipping fee is determined based on the courier company's rates, depending on the weight of the package and the delivery address you have provided.

Bank transfer – Before we ship your order, you must pay the total amount via bank transfer to the account of Home Tex Interiors EOOD. You will pay the delivery fee to the courier upon receipt of the shipment. The delivery fee is determined according to the courier company’s rates, based on the weight of the shipment and the address to which you wish to have your order delivered.

With a debit or credit card via Borika's virtual POS terminal

  1. Payment by debit/credit card via VPOS.
  2. Accepted card types: Visa, Mastercard, and bCard debit, credit, and business cards.
  3. Transactions are processed through the MasterCard Identity Check and Visa Secure security programs.
  4. We do not store data regarding the credit cards used for payments on the website.
  5. If a refund is required for an amount paid by card, it will be credited back to the same card.

Delivery

We deliver your orders via courier companies ECONT и BOX NOW to anywhere in the country. When finalizing your order, you can choose delivery to your chosen personal address, office of ECONT or machine on BOX NOW.

Delivery to a BOX NOW kiosk (only for orders paid by card)

     

      • Flat-rate delivery to a parcel locker for all shipments valued at up to 150.00 BGN – 3.60 BGN (including VAT). Delivery of shipments valued at over 150.00 BGN – FREE.

      • Delivery time: 1 business day nationwide

      • Maximum shipment dimensions 36 x 45 x 60 cm. and weight up to 20 kg.

    How to place an order for pickup at a BOX NOW kiosk

       

        • When making a purchase, select delivery to a BOX NOW kiosk.

        • Select the kiosk from which you would like to pick up your package.

        • Pay for your order with a credit card right away.

        • You will receive an email and a VIBER/SMS message containing the PIN code needed to pick up your package.

        • Enter your PIN and pick up your package from the kiosk.

      The delivery fee is determined according to the courier's rates, based on the size of the shipment and the destination. After you place your order, a HomeTex representative will contact you to confirm the delivery fee.

      Delivery time depends on the location where the goods are to be delivered—from 1 to 7 days.

      Orders are processed until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Orders received after 4:30 p.m. are processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 4:30 p.m. on Friday, as well as orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, are processed on the first business day.

      Shipping is FREE for orders over 150 BGN.

      Free shipping does not apply to products in the HOTEL BED LINEN category!
